Ephirium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, although we strive to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
